July 18, 2010 Garden plants affected and neighborhood plants PROBLEM OR NOT

Damaged Louisiana plants. I do NOT use pesticides. It is obvious that this damage has not been ongoing, because of the evidence of the newly damaged leaves. I personally started noticing this sort of \”damage\” to the leaves and chlorophyll about 3 weeks ago..and the more I look- the more I see. Does anyone know wht this could be.
